this is an amazing place, as soon as we got out the elevator the front door was right there, and when we opened the door to the place the view was breathtaking! the whole place gave us a comfy homey feel and we felt right away. we definitely recommend this place 100%

Javier place is very nice and clean , close to many restaurants , place looks just like in the photos , we did have a bit of trouble being guided to the apartment and there was no security when we arrived but thru out the rest of our stay security was always in his place .. defenetly a safe , warm , and enjoyable stay, will defenetly stay here again

This was our first time going on a family vacation(my husband, kid and I) we live the area, and the place was beautiful. Host was very quick at responding any questions. Love it !! Can’t wait to go back.

I had a fantastic stay here the security team was super helpful They checked me in promptly when I arrived at the apartment it was clean spacious and comfy The view was amazing and the location of the unit is ideal walking distance to all the essentials needed. We loved staying here , is perfect for couples and families with older kids , we have a one year old and it was hard getting her to not climb the stairs or touch all the beautiful decorations, my 5 year old loved the place, we’ll be coming back when our daughter is a little older It was so clean and everything needed was accessible

I love this studio and will absolutely be back. I had the best sleep of my life with hearing the waves and the breeze because I chose to leave the windows open. The place was spotless and smelled so good! I was impressed with every detail, color scheme and linens. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful gated small community. We watched the ocean waves from bed for hours one day. I loved being a little outside the center of rosarito to be away from the noises and smells, but close enough to have quick access when I wanted. Also the Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate is amazing. There’s also a super market right there. You can walk to both. Communication was so clear we had no problem navigating our stay. Thank you for hosting and I’ll definitely be back!

It was such a relaxing getaway, I feel it’s a good place for anyone really. Excellent environment and close to a lot of things.

Departamento con una vista al mar preciosa, muy limpio, un lugar muy seguro, los anfitriones muy atentos a nuestros mensajes. En general la estancia fue muy cómoda para mí y mis acompañantes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We had a great time, but I do feel like the cleaning crew rushed our room because when we arrived, the room was not done yet and in one of the rooms the bed sheets were still dirty but other than thatI do recommend this place 😊

The place was great, nice and private. Felt safe and having an enclosed parking spot is always a plus. Will be booking again for a trip to tj!

Great location, walking distance to main street. Very helpful and communicative. The area is super safe. Guards are strict with people coming in and out. Amenities listed are a plus as well

A todo nos encantó nuestra estancia estuvimos muy agusto . Todo esta muy limpio y ordenado. Apreciamos que había jabon , papel de baño, y todo lo esencial. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos ya que ha sido de nuestras mejores estancias.

Estuvimos muy agusto en las instalaciones mucha vigilancia y amabilidad de parte de los guardias el condominio en muy buenas condiciones y sobre todo muy atentos a cualquier llamado . Gracias muy amable Cristal y su papá 🙌
