This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

Our studio is located at the entrance to the village in a shaded park, fenced and secured by an electric gate. Spacious, bright, warm and well insulated studio. Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchen area, dining area and living area with a fold-out sofa and offering a large bed (sleeps 2). There is also an independent bedroom (bed 140X200) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, lakes of the Monnerie, the pool, the city center... 45 min. from Angers, Le Mans (24 hours) and 1 hr from Laval and Tours.

The house is pleasant to live in a quiet area. Parking spaces right in front of the house . A few minutes' walk from the center and restaurants and the prytané. Less than 10 minutes from the zoo by car. You will find everything you need for cooking oven, hob , microwave ,fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher. A nice bathroom. A TV area with sofa.
