Three-bedroom village house with fully enclosed landscaped garden equipped with two terraces and a large Jacuzzi. It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville-sur-Mer (5 km) and La Tranche-sur-Mer (5 km) accessible, for those who wish, by bike path. The beach is 1 km away, accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or through the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. A marsh area completes the immediate surroundings of the premises.

A rejuvenating stay by the sea, accessible by train (1 hour from Nantes) and with no need for a car on site, so you can truly switch off… We welcome you to the ground floor of a characterful 17th-century residence, located a 10-minute walk from everything: the ocean, markets, shops, restaurants and pavement cafés… Stones, wood, natural materials and carefully selected colours will create a cosy and relaxing decor for you.

Seaside getaway: air-conditioned and quiet house

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.
