Our vacation home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches 800 m away). It is well optimized; a spacious living room, and crossing overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 people. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
