Located in a seaside village in the heart of Ile de Ré, our pretty house will welcome you for an unforgettable stay. The house will seduce you with its calm, its location close to the center of the village and close to the best beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
