San Teodoro, Sardinia, beautiful apartment with independent entrance, two bedrooms each for two people (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchen equipped with everything you need, two terraces one of which has a sea view with a dining table. Bathroom with shower and another separate shower at the entrance, also convenient for washing off sand. A few meters from the "La Cinta" beach and the town center. Near the house there are all shops you need: supermarkets, bars, ice cream, restaurants, grand bazaars, pizzerias and other shops. Fan, hairdryer and iron with ironing board are available. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT AVAILABLE. Air conditioning has a separate cost but there are 3 fans in the house to use for free. Animals are welcome. Special prices in particular periods. Upon your arrival, a deposit of €100.00 must be paid which will be returned upon departure. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax. AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS , NEW YEAR AND EASTER

Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni).
