You will be close to the centre of San Teodoro and all amenities, while still being situated in a secluded, quiet and elegant area made up solely of villas and resorts. The most beautiful beaches are just a 2-minute drive away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; the large garden is enclosed by a hedge. It offers excellent amenities: an outdoor shower with hot water, a stylishly furnished veranda, a coffee machine, a smart TV and Wi-Fi!

The suite consists of a double bedroom, a private bathroom and a well-kept garden in which the hot tub is located for exclusive use. The accommodation is totally independent. Every detail has been taken care of to create a pure visual experience, free of distractions, which induces a feeling of immediate relaxation as in an oasis of peace.
