Beachfront holiday rental in La Cinta Beach

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

A great stay at Mario's little house! Everything is very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without a doubt the best part is the terrace with good views and the location very close to the sea. Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, a bottle of chilled water was waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

Very enjoyable stay in a location a stones throw from the beach and sea. Walkable into town with nice local restaurants and amenities. Fantastic remote beaches nearby by car. Duke and Luigi very responsive and proactive with recommendations, apartment immaculate.

We had a great time staying here, the place was lovely, had everything you need, we loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings. You have some sea views and it is so close to the beach and the pine forest. From there you can walk left or right to reach little beach bars where you can rent sunbeds and a small marina with restaurants. The only thing that slightly lets it down is the check in process as personally we prefer the flexibility of self-check in and checkout so you don’t feel tied down. For example we had long delays at the airport due to car rental and having to communicate back and forth with the lady who was helping us check in was a bit stressful, although she was helpful. But apart from that we had a great time and would love to stay again!

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. Thank you very much
