In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Combining charm and authenticity, in a quiet location, surrounded by green spaces and large meadows lined with bridle paths, the Château de la Pervenchère is located just 30 minutes from Nantes and a few minutes from Sucé-sur-Erdre. Enjoy the banks of the Erdre, numerous hiking trails, and the La Vélodyssée and La Régalante bike routes. It is suitable for your stopovers or leisure or business stays. Private parking at the back of the castle.

In a farm in Poney Landais, in the heart of our stable, our 80m2 accommodation is offered for your stay. You will enjoy a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. In the bathroom, shower and bathtub are at your disposal. Our cottage is located on the banks of the Canal Nantes in Brest, a few minutes from the great Gâvres forest.
