Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

Come and discover our "Woody"! For a short or extended stay, it is comfortable, welcoming and has a private garden, quiet from its cul-de-sac. Because a good sleep comes with good bedding, the Woody is equipped with a quality sofa bed (Emma®). It can accommodate a variety of guests, nature lovers with its walks along the Erdre 200 m away or city dwellers with transport nearby (tram 1, tram train, bus 86 and bus E5).

Very nice and spacious mezzanine studio on garden

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

Small accommodation independent of the main house, in a 6000 m2 property, in the countryside, 1 km from the village, 18 km from Nantes, 50 km from St Nazaire. Accommodation including a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a living room, a bedroom, small mezzanine that can be used as a bed.

Bright "cocoon" apartment of 32 m2 + balcony overlooking park

Small 32 m2 fully-equipped "cocoon" apartment ideal for a Nantes getaway in a quiet and wooded residence. As I do not live there, check-in on Sunday is not possible (or limited between 12pm and 1pm). For other days, no check-in possible after 8pm. PLEASE take this into account when booking.

In our pretty house on the banks of the Loire, independent apartment of 2 rooms, crossing, Loire view and garden, for 1 or 2 people (possible 3). It is located on the Loire à Vélo route, a 10-minute drive from the centre of Nantes and the train station.
