Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre

Very nice little house, clean with everything you need to have a good stay. Just a little anxiety as a mum with the miller's ladder and my 3 and a half year old boy, but otherwise great! Romain is very available No complaints, great!

Great home with lots of thoughtful touches

The apartment offered is very clean, Béatrice provided all the bed and bath linen that was impeccable. She welcomed us warmly and showed us the possible activities around the cottage thanks to numerous leaflets and maps made available. This accommodation is in a quiet location. Thank you to Beatrice for her hospitality, kindness, and arrangements for arrival and departure!

Very good stay at Isabelle's. The heron's nest is a quiet little cocoon, very well decorated and equipped. The place is very well served by the tram, which allows you to reach the center of Nantes very quickly. And the outdoor area with the small garden, its fragrant roses and the heated pool allows you to rest well after walking around the city. I highly recommend it!

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite a loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 1st floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

Pleasant stay in Catherine's accommodation. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing ("Not included" paragraph), there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because the cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to set aside enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

The listing was as described and well equipped, including the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. I recommend it! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around from the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not great especially in the living room.

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. There are many small shops nearby to delight the taste buds. Transport is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city centre or to the machines of the island. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed car park. I would this property.

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
