Jonathan’s place is an ideal base to explore Troyes. It’s in a quiet Suberin but easily walkable into the beautiful, historic old town with its many bars and restaurants. Also, it’s easy to make a short walk and catch a bus into town from Cassin or Y School. The fabulous Lac d’Orient and its forest trails are within a half hour drive. Thoroughly recommend this accomodation.

Large bright house on the ground floor typical of the 1950s. Very well equipped including air conditioning. Very good communication and hospitality.

Thank you Frédérique, very short stay that allowed us to enjoy nature. A very nice surprise in the garden when we woke up🦚. Frédérique knows how to put you at ease, our children have even adopted the house 😂😂 and want to come back so maybe see you soon. Not to mention the works of art and furniture that complete the house, which also has a beautiful history. A very good time especially when the sun comes out. Thank you again Frédérique

We used Valerie's pretty house as overnight guests on our way home from a holiday in the south of France (so we can't say much about the location, leisure activities, etc.). We liked it so much that we considered spending our next holiday there. We didn't sleep as well during our entire holiday as we did at Valerie's. No sagging mattresses (which unfortunately is not a given), everything tiptop clean, everything you need available. And a loving plate of sweets and nibbles, which welcomed us after the long car journey. We think the house was not only worth every cent of the price, but almost too cheap. Many thanks to Valerie!

Typical house located in a charming village in the Champagne countryside. Quiet space. Super Clean Secure parking with motorized gate. Very well equipped. Including for our 4-legged friends. The terrace enjoys generous sunshine. We appreciated the little touches (madeleines and bottle of water) We will definitely come back during our next stay in the region.

This was our second time in the cottage: we had another great time! Beautiful cottage, very private, clean and tidy. Very nice New Year's Eve in the warm atmosphere of this house, including its large living/dining room and pleasant Lights. Frame/decor: ++ Cleanliness: ++ Amenities: ++ Bedding: + Notas: - Slightly noisy heat pump for one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor (winter) - Long fixed bench for one side of the long living room table: for agile guests. The other side of the table has chairs.

We had a great stay in this very cozy house, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is warm and you immediately feel at home. A big thank you to Stéphane, always available and attentive. A place we recommend without a second thought.

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was equipped with all comforts and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the jaquzzi enormously. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and well maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been great. We hope to come back sometime.

Small sweet cottage. House was clean and it was everything we needed. We were able to park our car in the driveway, which was perfect for us. Beds very comfortable. Due to the heat, the window blinds were proactively closed and fans provided. Thank you for that.

Very nice accommodation for a short stay in Troyes. I enjoyed the decor as well as the lighting with dim lights, giving a warm and cozy atmosphere. Easy to park, the building is quiet, and the center is not far away. Mathieu is very nice and accommodating

The accommodation is impeccable, very well located, quiet! The 2 beds are of very good quality, however if you are over 1m80 and over 100kg the sofa bed is a little tight but remains comfortable for smaller sizes. I recommend it!!!
