The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.
