Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

The gîte is of traditional Charentais construction: a farmhouse with a small courtyard, surrounded by stone walls. Inside, a traditional fireplace, wooden beams and handcrafted demoiselles complete this rustic set to create a warm atmosphere.
