We spent a night, it's short but we didn't have any difficulties and the place matches the listing.

We had a good night in this beautiful and conveniently located apartment! No noise at night. The beach really not far away, what more could you ask for!

Loads of great places to eat and drink nearby, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. I may very well visit again, I’ve loved it! Highly recommend!

Karen is a lovely person. We received a warm and personalized welcome with clear explanations and recommendations. It is also very flexible in terms of arrival and departure times and all this despite our last-minute reservation. The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful and charming building in a peaceful location with easy parking. It's perfectly arranged and equipped. We were 4 adults and a baby, the area was ideal. I can only recommend this place. Thank you for the short but pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Great place for two couples. Close to all amenities, the location is perfect, we did almost everything on foot! This place is as convenient as it is enjoyable. The street is rather quiet, perfect for a little bit of tranquility. The terrace is really very good. 👍 Linens are clean. There's even a little welcome message. 😁 Hosts are responsive to the slightest question. A great stay, I would highly recommend it, my only regret is that it did not last longer.

Quiet cottage, nicely decorated where it would only lack a sofa to be able to lounge after a long and good walk on the seafront or on the island of Noirmoutier which is only 5 minutes away. Very well located house, close to the forest and very clean. Thank you Joani for your kindness.

Fernand and his wife are very kind and responsive when there is anything. Accommodation well prepared even for our baby! Just a little oversight of hair and sand in the shower. But it can happen ... we'll be happy to come back. 😊

Very nice house in a quiet area. House as described. We didn't miss a thing. I admit that billiards were successful with our 13 and 10 year olds. Christine is available and attentive. I recommend this house without hesitation and accustomed to the island we will keep this address in mind.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation as described, very comfortable, beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very comfortable bedding. Rest assured if that is the goal. We also enjoyed the long walks by the waterfront, the calm and at the same time not far from the amenities. Hélène is very nice, friendly and sets to 4 to satisfy us and David is very responsive.
