In the heart of the Moulin à Vent vineyards

With magnificent views of the vineyards of Saint-Amour, Chénas, Juliénas and Moulin à vent, our location is unique. The accommodation is new (March 2023), with reversible air conditioning and professional quality bedding. The downstairs bedroom does not have a window. Upstairs, there is a bedroom (without a door). During the summer period you can enjoy the swimming pool from June to August and its large terrace. The residence consists of 3 apartments with a private terrace.

Ideal for cycling, walking or fishing... At the foot of Beaujolais, 850m from the banks of the Saône and a lake. Fully equipped, non-smoking 35m² studio with terrace and Wi-Fi, located on the first floor of my house (with independent access). Provide an additional €40 for end-of-stay cleaning if you don't want to take care of it otherwise there is everything you need on site

Come and spend a relaxing time with family or friends on the banks of the Saône. A staircase leads you to a terrace facing the Saône, and then you enter the house to discover the interior. An entrance, a large living room with a mezzanine library, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Above the old ovens of the tuilerie is an annex composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom. A large tree-filled garden and its birds!
