The large, open space combines reinvented antique objects with contemporary comfort in a harmonious and warm atmosphere. A special place for a unique experience, featuring a tree-lined garden and an outdoor pool. The barn is one of the outbuildings of an old farm, which also houses La Petite Escale, a separate sheepfold for 2 people.

In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). Enjoy with family this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. House on large plot 7 min drive from the center of Parthenay, 20 min bike ride via cycle path. Spacious house. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen provided but not towels. The main bathroom is currently under construction, you have to go through a bedroom to have access to the second bathroom.
