House holiday rentals in La Capte, Hyères

We had a wonderful stay at La Villa Porquerolles! The location is great, the house is clean, very well thought out and beautifully decorated :) The well-maintained pool is a plus and we enjoyed being able to swim after our excursions! We also communicated very easily with Mikaella who was very available from the booking until the end of our stay! A big thank you!

Luc's villa is very nice in a very quiet and panoramic area. The apartment is modern and rational with a nice kitchen, living room and the rooms are spacious enough, not the very small bathrooms of the two bedrooms with single beds. Uncomfortable single toilets without a sink for Italians accustomed to the toilet in the bathroom and without bidets. Access to the apartment with 24 steps to go down not convenient for elderly people or mobility problems, another 20 steps to reach the beautiful pool with bathroom and shower service and full kitchen. We found this area not as clean as the pool that was basically left to our exclusive maintenance, we are owners of pools and therefore we have dealt with doing even more than necessary, but it does not seem fair and could generate disputes with the property. A disassembled and broken umbrella that cannot be used, so shade on the sun loungers only for three stations. There are no underwear towels in the linens. Kitchen knife shop not sharp. Parking is exclusively on the public road and therefore not protected. However, overall we had a very good time and the area is really nice with many possibilities of trips and beaches.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

I was looking for a unique place to invite my best partners for our seminar. The house allows for true hotel independence and moments of sharing and work. The view of the bay is simply beautiful and the house very nice. Therese was very responsive and always attentive. The proximity to the sea and trails is a real plus. A great experience!

Provencal farmhouse with authentic charm nestled in the heart of a beautiful property enjoying a pleasant furnished terrace. Thoughtful decor and impeccable bedding. The location is ideal for discovering the surroundings of Bormes-les-Mimosas, discovering the wineries, hiking on the golden islands or going to Cabasson beach on foot. A gem!

Great stay at this villa! Sabrina remained available throughout the stay for our questions. Very nice house, very nice. The house is located 15 minutes' walk from the city centre of Bormes (on a slope). The house is in a private cul-de-sac so we really enjoyed the quiet! To rent this house with small children, you have to keep in mind that it is not very suitable. Steps everywhere, no roller shutter for the pool (an alarm on the other hand is in place). We would highly recommend it!

Had a wonderful weeks stay at Jo and Chantal’s. Perfectly positioned to explore all that Provence has to offer but away from the busy crowds and traffic of the more popular areas. The house had everything we needed and felt right at home. A very relaxing stay.

We spontaneously booked Caroline and Sandrine's house from 23.05. – 28.05.2025. The handling was completely uncomplicated and easy. The house is located in a residential area but is still quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, everything was very tidy and clean. The pool is a good size and was clean. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Very good location. The welcome and advice from the "sea view" agency was really impeccable. the house is beautiful, clean, well equipped. the environment is super quiet. the outside ( of the property) is ideal for spending time ( table, bbk, really nice guingette corner). It feels like everything has been thought out with taste.

Great accommodation for sharing moments with family out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well decorated apartment. Parking spaces rather on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station at the port, 8 minutes' walk away.

We spent a wonderful vacation in this house. The house itself is exactly like the photos on the website. Everything is clean and brand new. The air conditioners in all rooms were very pleasant with their coolness in the middle of August, when it was very hot outside. We spent wonderful evenings on the terrace and every evening a small guest came to us. A hedgehog. Google helped us determine what is safe to feed hedgehogs and we fed him every evening. The children were simply delighted. It is obvious that the owners really tried to make the guests' stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Convenient location, 10 minutes' walk to the city center. The sea is also not far away by car. It is convenient that there is a small supermarket and a wonderful bakery nearby, and a little further (10 minutes' walk) a large supermarket. I would like to separately note the attention of Sabrina. She is wonderful. It is very pleasant to communicate with her and she is ready to help with any question

We were enthusiastic about the lodge from the first minute. Floor plan, terrace, garden and jacuzzi offered great opportunities. The highlight for us was the jacuzzi, which we used every evening. Outdoor kitchen and barbecue also very great and well thought out. We also accepted the offer to order breakfast and Patrick solved the problem with my food allergy super, it was very tasty. We had 2 e-bikes with us, which we could easily and safely park. For us, it was a great stay, with many amenities that make the stay special. We will be happy to come back. We had a dream stay at Anouk's. The house is a haven of peace, everything is there, the house is very well thought out, furnished and decorated. Ideally located, close to the beach. We had a great stay (2 weeks) , the house is ideally located , 2 steps from the capte ( where there is everything you need: small local shop, restaurants, bakery etc. ) , it is also 300M FROM the beach! The terrain is very decorated with huge pine trees, which gives a lot of shade and in the middle of the summer it is more than appreciable . Our hosts were responsive , and your flexible on our arrival , thank you again to them .

I had a very nice stay at Maxime's. The apartment is small but has great charm. The location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and yet very quiet, located on a small, idyllic harbor. Communication with Maxime was excellent and the advance information was also very helpful, especially for the arrival and check-in. Thank you very much for that. I'd love to come back.

Everything was as described. The location was outside, you had to use the car to get anywhere, but there was a really beautiful bay for swimming within walking distance, which was not overcrowded. The view from the terrace was very nice, inside the accommodation was small, but definitely sufficient for 2 people. Thank you and best regards :)

We had a magical time here! The home is beautiful with spectacular views, quirky charm, a spacious terrace with an ocean breeze and shady spots to relax. We took advantage of the water toys and access to the sea with my adventurous 5-year-old. Who had the best time. The hosts were kind and welcoming and accommodated us with essentials for our baby. We had everything we needed. This was such a special trip and memory for us. We would love to come back. Merci! 🙏

Everything was perfect for us. All the descriptions of the property, photos etc were accurate. Daniel and Jeremy were very helpful and always responded to queries. We did not speak French and they did not speak English but we managed to comunicate by phone/text and translator apps. So no issues. It was slighly difficult to get to by car but once you got used to it, it was not an issue. There are no shops or restaurants close by but that did not worry us as we were happy to make our own dinner each evening. The weather was perfect during our stay 20 deg at 09.00 and a max of around 30 deg. We would recommend this place to any couple, either as a base for site seeing or to chill out if you don't want to get out and about. We visited 3 different beaches during our stay and did touristy things during the day. Then made our own meal in the evening. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace and it was very peacful. We recommend this place. We stayed 26/5 to 2/6/2025. Ena + Alex

We stayed at Louis & Anne's house with our two kids (2+4 years old). We were welcomed by both Louis and Anne, and they were very kind to us and our children during our entire stay. We all felt very welcome. The house has a beautiful view, where it overlooks the town of La Beausset. It's easy to go to the town and do groceries etc. Also the pool is a chapter to itself. A wonderful, large, heated, salt-water pool. Magnificent for both adults and children. We were very happy to stay at Louis and Annes place.

We had a lovely stay with the family The house is spacious and functional. The exteriors are largely sufficient. We were close to all restaurants, markets, supermarkets, beaches Marc was extremely responsive and Olivier received us very well. Thank you both, we'll be back🌸

We had a great stay on the Giens Peninsula. Sylvie welcomed us very warmly. His tips for walks and museum tours have been valuable. The location of the house is ideal.

A big thank you to Laetitia and Gonzague for entrusting us with their home. This is the third time we've stayed there and we're still happy. It is very pleasant to live in, bright and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal, since we go to the beach on foot and the two paddles provided are a big plus! The big positive point is the terrace in the garden that allowed us to have lunch in the shade of the trees and not suffer from the heat, despite a very bright sun. The proximity of the road meant that we heard the noise of cars but it was very quickly forgotten. Gonzague did not hesitate to give us good ideas to discover the surroundings. Arrival and departure are very convenient as we leave the keys in a key box. Board games and books in the house allow you to spend good evenings with the family. Warm and deeply kind couple. We will be happy to come back ❤️❤️❤️
