I offer you my pretty studio of 24 m2 enjoying a central location between the village of Giens and the beach of Almanarre. The pier for the island of Porquerolles is a 15-minute walk away. It is a small nest with a living room with kitchen, its dining area, a bedroom area (new sofa bed in 160*200 + 1 driver) and a bathroom refurbished in winter 2024. An exposed balcony IS to enjoy the sun for breakfast and a parking space complete the property.

There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
