Sylvain's house is a gem, nothing is missing and a few meters from the beach and shopping street. Clean house, the terrace is a real asset for large tables for meals. sylvain did a very nice renovation of the house. The living room is large and cozy. We were hosted very well by Aurélie. We thank Sylvain for the packed basket and for the arrival and departure times. We highly recommend this rental because it feels like home.

The semi-detached house is very well arranged on 2 floors. The house is modern and has all the necessities. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The place is very quiet with a very nice garden area. Bertrand is very friendly and available. We are already looking forward to being able to come back! Fabrice

Friendly and responsive host Too bad it wasn't hot enough to take our meals on this friendly terrace. An electric grill would be very useful for the outside in addition to the charcoal grill. The proximity to the beach is very pleasant

A great location in the centre of this very pretty town. Philippe was very helpful and friendly when we arrived and very hospitable. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

Manon's apartment was perfect for our short stay in Caen. Highly recommended! It was a spacious and well equipped apartment right in the centre of the town with a great view of the cathedral. Excellent stay for 4 adults in this very nice apartment very clean, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Ideal location because very close to the city center on foot. We stayed on weekdays so we didn't get to meet Laurent but the message communication went very well because Laurent is very responsive and we retain this address for next time with great pleasure.
