Beachfront holiday rental in La Caletta

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. We had nice vacation days , we particularly liked the pine forest and the proximity to the sea. We were able to recover well and Marco is an extremely attentive host.

A dream surrounded by nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first few days almost alone on the small property. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with a 1.5 year old child worked great here. Playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

We spent a great holiday with the family (2 children) and friends (in the lower apartment). The apartment is well equipped and Anna is very uncomplicated and accommodating! Because no new tenants came, we were even allowed to take our time checking out, which helped us a lot!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

Sabrina was great host , professional and always available to help. Location and view is stunning and makes you forget everything else. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes walk. We had very nice time there, Only thing needs a bit of attention is outdoor shower and BBQ area as it was unusable. Also boiler is too small and not enough for size of the house and 8 people. Overall it was well worth it and had wonderful time there.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

This apartment is PERFECT for your stay in Costa Smeralda. The apartment itself is very spacious, updated and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for apero and coffee in the morning, it’s perfectly located to walk along the pedestrian paths to the port which great restaurant options. Christina was incredibly helpful and very responsive - she gave great recommendations, was quick to answer with any questions and was very flexible. The free parking was great to have with needing a rental car in Sardinia. Porto Rotondo was the perfect location for proximity to amazing beaches in Cala Di Volpe and only 45min drive to the Archipelago Maddalena for a day trip. We loved coming back to a quant and peaceful town that still have plenty of restaurant and evening activities and only a 20-25 minute drive to the airport. I would recommend staying here 10/10 and hope to return one day!

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is beautiful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica was always very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We'll definitely be back next year!

Serena's apartment is lovingly decorated and clean with a nice, modern bathroom. It is located in a very beautiful and well-kept garden. Unfortunately, the opening of the pool was delayed due to cleaning work, but of course Serena was not responsible for this. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions that arose. We were able to check in earlier and were also allowed to check out later in order to at least be able to use the pool on the day of departure. We had a great time overall, but I recommend a car because of the location. You should also bring a basic set of food, as due to the Italian regulations on holiday accommodation, basic things such as salt/pepper, oil and the like are missing, which we did not know. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances (even a large freezer compartment and a real oven are available). We only missed a dishwasher. We can recommend the property!

Very enjoyable stay in a location a stones throw from the beach and sea. Walkable into town with nice local restaurants and amenities. Fantastic remote beaches nearby by car. Duke and Luigi very responsive and proactive with recommendations, apartment immaculate.

We had a great time staying here, the place was lovely, had everything you need, we loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings. You have some sea views and it is so close to the beach and the pine forest. From there you can walk left or right to reach little beach bars where you can rent sunbeds and a small marina with restaurants. The only thing that slightly lets it down is the check in process as personally we prefer the flexibility of self-check in and checkout so you don’t feel tied down. For example we had long delays at the airport due to car rental and having to communicate back and forth with the lady who was helping us check in was a bit stressful, although she was helpful. But apart from that we had a great time and would love to stay again!

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

We loved the location of the apartment and it's stunning views. Sandra was super helpful explaining everything we needed to know. Great place for a vacation, definitely recommend!

I had a great stay in this apartment offered by Maurizio. The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful with its square and the café terrace, the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Maurizio was very welcoming, helpful, precise, responsive and professional. The guide provided by the Agency is very useful and comprehensive for a pleasant stay. I will most likely come back for a tourist stay this time and with my family. The location is very strategic to fully enjoy the many beautiful beaches nearby. I highly recommend it!

Our family of four (including 4 and 6 year old) had a really lovely week at Lory's apartment. It was a perfect set-up for younger children, with plenty of inside and outside space and a 30-second walk to a beautiful beach. The beach in particular was a highlight, a small bay with interesting rocks to climb, calm, clear waters and soft sand. We explored others beaches in the local area and it was our favourite overall! We slept well as the apartment is cool and the shutters keep the light out. There were several restaurants/beach cafes within walking distance and a nice artisanal gelateria a short drive away (with a mobile van which visits a nearby beach in the afternoons!). There is an interesting cave and historical town for family-friendly trips out nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend Lory's place.

Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️
