Pleasant, functional, naturally cool in summer, the house has been renovated while preserving the charm and simplicity of the 1960s. It is well equipped and has the “Furnished Tourist Accommodation” classification. Though it doesn’t have a swimming pool, you’ll enjoy a lovely holiday: pétanque in the shade of the cypresses, apéritif to the sound of the cicadas in one of the garden lounges, plancha on the terrace or behind the thuja hedge. Easy access, enclosed private parking for 4 cars.

T2 30 m2 semi-detached, original and well laid out, on a landscaped plot of 4000 m2, not fenced, in absolute calm, not overlooked. The UNIQUE rental is located in the countryside and our guests have exclusive and PRIVATE access to part of the garden and the swimming pool (12x3) without restrictive hours. This criterion should be noted because being 2 in a pool is a real luxury. No English grass or rope walkways. We let nature take its course with the seasons.

For hikers between the Calanques and the Aix countryside

In the heart of a Provençal hamlet, in the hills of Pagnol, between coves and the Aix region, a small village house, beautifully restored, adjoining another and that of the owners. Access via an alley with stairs. A 600 m2 flowered and wooded garden faces the houses. Parking is not available nearby but in a private parking lot below, 50 m away. Possibility of access by car to drop off luggage. Accommodation not recommended for people with reduced mobility

Beautiful studio in the countryside.

This independent studio adjoining our house is located in a large very quiet garden, ideal for a moment of rest but also for visiting the area. Access to the highway 5 minutes away allows you to get to Aix en Provence in 15 minutes or to the seaside in 25 minutes. You will have a secure parking space right outside the studio door, with the possibility to charge your car (Green up socket) with extra charge. Many shops are within a 5-minute drive.

Under the pine trees, house of 50 m², perfect for 4 people with its 2 bedrooms (double modular beds or twin beds), its shower room, its kitchen and a living room open to the terrace and the garden. The pool and pool house are accessible 24 hours a day, shared with the owners who live on the same 5000m² lot and welcome you as a guest room. Car required -Large car parking. Very quiet area with access to the hills for hikes and jogging.

Bastide with pool, 6 suites

Our 300 m² Provençal bastide was completely renovated and expanded in 2023. It is located at the foot of the Garlaban, a 10-minute walk from the charming village of Lacours in a quiet and natural environment. Cassis, La Ciotat and central Marseille are a 25-minute drive away, Aix-en-Provence is a 35-minute drive away. The 1800 m² plot includes a swimming pool and allows parking for many vehicles (6 or more).

La Bastide des Amandiers, a peaceful oasis!

La Bastide des Amandiers welcomes you to L'Atelier, a pretty cottage for 2 people, step-free and adjoining the main body. It is completely independent and outdoor spaces are designed to preserve everyone's privacy. We have two other cottages on our property where we welcome people looking for peace and quiet. No deckchairs are installed at the edge of the pool to preserve everyone's privacy.
