This independent studio attached to our house is located in a large, very quiet garden, ideal for a moment of rest but also for visiting the area. Access to the highway 5 minutes away allows you to travel to Aix en Provence in 15 minutes or to the seaside in 25 minutes. You will have a secure parking space right in front of the door of the studio, with the possibility of recharging your car (Green up socket) with a surcharge. Many shops are a 5-minute drive away.

T2 30 m2 semi-detached, original and well laid out, on a landscaped plot of 4000 m2, not fenced, in absolute calm, not overlooked. The UNIQUE rental is located in the countryside and our guests have exclusive and PRIVATE access to part of the garden and the swimming pool (12x3) without restrictive hours. This criterion should be noted because being 2 in a pool is a real luxury. No English grass or rope walkways. We let nature take its course with the seasons.
