It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

The cottage is composed of a house at the foot of a mill that combines the charm of the old with modern decor and amenities. Location: 25 min from Nantes, 50 min from Angers, 40 min from Cholet, 55 min from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Atlantic Coast The cottage is ideally located a few km from the banks of the Loire and the towns of Champtoceaux and Liré. Or enjoy the interior of the studio, which includes a bathroom and a bedroom that opens onto a kitchen area. 10 min by bike from the Loire bike path and 5 min by bike from the center of Barbechat.
