Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

Our prices include cleaning of the accommodation upon your departure, bed linen, 2 tea towels, bath towels, 4 bath mats and use of the jacuzzi. Welcome to our home This open-plan living space is ours. The children took their first steps there, and we invite you to take yours during a relaxing stay for the whole family. As this house is ours, there will be groceries in the cupboards, some products in the fridge, clothes, many toys and personal items. It is in the spirit of house-sitting that we offer you our cabin. Respect and trust will be the key words.

5 minutes from the train station, stay for business and leisure travel in our comfortable accommodation. We will welcome you for stays of 2 nights minimum during the week. You can also book for the weekend (2 nights minimum) or from Saturday to Saturday during summer vacation. To do this, please let us know, we'll be happy to respond! Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
