Located at 35 boulevard de l 'ocean with a side sea view in the heart of the shopping and family district of La Baule les pins, up to 3 people ( or 2 adults-2 children). Beach 50 metres Fiber Shops (Carrefour Market & Spar, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 cheese shop, etc.) at the foot of the building. Market twice a week. Bike rentals a few metres from the apartment. Very bright apartment, large corner terrace... 4th floor lift.
