The exteriors offer a unique living environment with a swimming pool heated and secured by an electric shutter. The house offers a very large living space of 90m2 bathed in light and overlooking the outside. Parties are not accepted. A 5-minute drive from the beaches of Saint-Nazaire and Pornichet, 10 minutes from La Baule, and 25 minutes from Pornic.

Petit appartement indépendant au sein de notre villa. Bien equipé 1 cuisine 1 gde chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes. Terrasse privée. Accès à notre piscine du 1er mai au 15 oct ( chauffée jusqu'au 15 sept ) Calme et situé à 5 minutes en voiture du port et des plages. INFORMATION : Pour les personnes allergiques il peut arriver que notre chat vous rende quelques visites :) A noter logement non fumeur cendrier à disposition pour fumer sur la terrasse .
