Holiday rentals with a patio in La Barra

We had an amazing family vacation! The accommodation and its surroundings exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. It overlooks the ocean and truly unforgettable sunsets. Ruth is very helpful and was always available. We would come back a thousand times!

Very good experience. Santiago was a attentive host and always willing to help. The apartment was in perfect condition, clean and comfortable, and the building was also kept spotless. In addition, it has very good activities and common spaces that add a lot to the stay. Everything worked out well for the time I was. I recommend it.

We loved the place, a fully equipped apartment and close to everything you need. Excellently cared for apartment and unique view. It has all the details you need to stay, very easy access. It has a gym, playroom, pool, among others that can be used without any problem. Excellent Wi-Fi in the apartment and throughout the building. The host always responded quickly and very kindly. I totally recommend staying here.

The location is perfect if you’re an active beach lover. A lot of runable/walkable routes. Walking distance to cafes, shopping and a supermarket. Only issue I had was if you use the washing machine, there is a smell that is there perhaps of plumbing. The place is nice but could use some love. Bed is nice and firm. Anali was responsive and a great host.

Super clean accommodation, fragrant bed linen, clean kitchen, well located. We were very cold and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We really liked Virginia's place, we highly recommend it!

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out for dinner at the tip. Out of season you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say on Saturday there may be noises of people and music on the street but the double glass of the openings mitigates the theme quite well. The depto is set with excellent taste and quality to an excellent hotel with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The terrace balcony is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and wine with sunset cheese. When I come back to Punta del Este only as a couple it is always going to be my first choice!

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from La Pastora shopping mall (which has it all). The place is super quiet and parking the van does anyone. Cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything is clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives you a warmth that you want to stay one more night. 10 points everything! Karen is a very dear, kind, attentive and helpful host. Township has helped us whenever we need it with easy and quick communication. Your little house is charming, located in a rural area near José Ignácio, super delicious and cozy. It's exactly like the pictures: beautiful, clean and with a magical energy! Amamos stay here!

Very nice house. Everything super organized. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and appliances. There were bedding and towels, although it was not included in the listing. We recommend it!

Great house and great location. La Juana has many places to walk to, including the beach and beach clubs. The space is ample and perfect for a family visit. You will have access to beach essentials as well, which is great if you are not equipped. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

We stayed in Carolina’s house for 4 nights and we were in total 3 couples. We loved the set up of the house. Used the quincho area multiple times and so fun to enjoy with friends. It had everything we needed. The best part was the second queen bedroom was a guest house in the backyard which we didn’t realize before arriving and was an added plus for extra privacy for one couple. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. So many restaurants walking distance and the beach a few blocks away. We loved it and hope to return!

The place is super quiet, ideal for resting. The grillboard and stove space is very well cared for and super enjoyable. Communication with the hostess was excellent. The house in general is smaller than it looks in the pictures, especially the bathroom, but it is still very practical and comfortable. The only thing to take into account is that upon arrival there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the house and only spirals were available. As it was a holiday, we were unable to buy repellent or other products, so it would be nice if they were ahead of those types of situations leaving something more ready for guests. Beyond that, the price/quality ratio is good and we had a nice stay.

Carina from the first moment made us feel at home, she was very friendly from the first moment and the welcome to the house was beautiful. The house is a dream, it is equipped with everything you need and more to spend an incredible few days. In addition to the dreamed view and the landscape, the house is really very homely I really recommend Carina's house 100% to spend a few days that will remain as one of the best memories . We will surely return

It was a real privilege to stay at Paula's home in José Ignacio. Paula was helpful throughout the whole process and made us feel welcome both in the home and in José Ignacio. The home is in the middle of beautiful nature creating a complete feeling of tranquility. Anything you need is a short drive from the house, supermarket, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. I would 100% recommend anyone that is interested in visiting José Ignacio to consider Paula's place.

This was our second time staying with her. This time, in a distinct apartment, but with the same infrastructure and practicality. We love it again and we intend to come back even more.
