The sheets had a very pleasant aroma that made the experience even more special. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect, close to everything we needed. In addition, Jorge was always very attentive, responding quickly to all our questions and making sure that we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, we will definitely stay here again!”

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!

Very comfortable apartment, very well located, half a block from the opera subway station and close to the Puerta del Sol. It has 4 rooms with blinds, the two main ones have air conditioning, the beds are comfortable, you don't hear any noise despite the excellent location. It's bigger than it looks for photos. Enrique responds quickly and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in. The building has an elevator, you have to climb 5 steps to the entrance. The only thing it doesn't have is an oven

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

The accommodation is exactly as it appears in the photos. It's small but functional, and perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you don't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the arrival time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

AAA + Place for vacations

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

My family loved this modern apartment, really well located for what we needed. Alfredo (owner) was really nice since day 1 ... I recommend for everyone ... I will stay there again in case of a new trip to this location.

It’s located in a quite street but close to restaurants and Atocha station, Museo del Prado and others places. We had good time

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host made it easy for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything you need. It was very important to us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, which was appreciated because although there is parking in the surrounding area, it was much more convenient to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that has allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!
