Beautiful apartment! Exactly as shown in the photos. Super well located, nice, clean, safe neighborhood with shops nearby. A perfect week with the family. I highly recommend it.

This was an amazing apartment in a great area of the city. Walking distance to train station and all local attractions. Very safe area. Hit was excellent and all communication was always quick and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

The place was very good value for the price. Everything we needed was available. Madrid's city center was easily accessible by metro. We found nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

This place is a gem! A cute, tidy apartment with lots of cozy touches and everything you need in terms of convenience. The location is exceptional, walking distance to parks, galleries, museums, and surrounded by amazing cafes, bars and restaurants. Mar was wonderful, so warm and welcoming and great at communicating. I loved my stay here - highly recommended!

This place was so great! Close to metro and walkable to most all places you would want to go. Multiple super markets and restaurants in less than 5 minutes walking distance. Super safe. Also, we never had any problem with noise (which most people complain about when staying close to the city center). Highly recommend it!

The apartment located in the squer of the old town of Alcala. Best location, walk distance from all sights. The place is clean, fully arranged, feels very warm and homy. We loved staing there and recommend to all.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked well in advance from Uruguay, and everything was as promised in the listing. The apartment is located in the heart of Chueca, an ideal area to get to know Madrid: safe, vibrant, with everything close by, and perfect for getting around on foot or by public transport. The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable; you can see the care in every detail. Also super bright I will definitely book with Tiago again next year. I recommend it 100%.

We returned to Rafi's apartment as we enjoyed our stay last year. Rafi is a kind and helpful host who always responds. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We love the terrace overlooking the church and the storks' nests. The situation is excellent for everything in the town like shopping, cafes and restaurants and bus transport. Manzanares is a magical place for us with the local culture, walking and birdwatching.

Alex will host you like a pro. Excellent response and he does a great job to accommodate your needs. This was a very nice and clean place - great job to the cleaners.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it is very well located. Two blocks from the building are the main metro lines and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol. The apartment is small, but very comfortable. Laura has made the most of the space. The internet connection is excellent, in case you need to work and require good bandwidth.
