Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Great property for large groups. The surroundings are stunning and its extremely peaceful. The amenities of Riaza are not far away and there are lots of things to do in and around the house itself, so its a great option for families with children. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for our group of 21. There are only 3 bathrooms and only 2 with showers so if you have a large group, that can be an issue. However, I'm being fussy. This is still a great option and I would definitely recommend it.

What a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed our time in Madrid and felt right at home at Maria Eugenia’s place. It was a great, open space and very comfortable! I would recommend to all! The area itself was in a great location, with everything just around the corner. Our host was very helpful in recommending local spots and so friendly. Thank you so much Maria Eugenia. Very modern, spacious place with all equipment needed and great location

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid..Close to the museums and Atocha Train station…Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had what we needed if we wanted to prepare a meal. It was over 90 degrees F outside and the a/c worked great. Gato Gato, the restaurant near the apartment was great and going uphill on Calle de Santa Isabel were lots of restaurants and food markets.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the host were very helpful. Our small issues with the place were quickly corrected. Both apartment and the hosts made our trip to Madrid absolutely fantastic. I would recommend anybody to stay in this apartment.

Everything was perfect. Nieves and Bruno made us feel like we were in our own home. They gave us all the facilities and more, both at check-in and check-out. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, clean, tidy, with exquisite decoration and in a quiet neighborhood, it has everything. We can't be more grateful!

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we were leaving. Recommended. Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Very nice and cozy place. Very nice owners and guardians upon arrival and checkout. We were allowed to stay longer after checkout. We brought coffee as a gift. Everything was great

Very nice apartment, exactly as advertised and quiet. Very well located outside the tourist centre, so quieter, and close to several metro stations. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend it.
