Alfonso and Marcela were excellent in communication since the reservation will be the time to check out . The apartment is very well located just 5 min walk away is a supermarket, when leaving the building is a small shop and around there are smaller shops and pharmacy less than 5 min away . The points of greatest interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and km 0 just 5-10 min . Great on about 15 minutes on foot . Nearby there is a great variety of local restaurants and also a metro station. The apartment is well equipped in its kitchen and super comfortable beds. Super recommended . To get to the apartment there is an elevator but you also have to go down stairs or climb , that was in the description of the apt too , everything was very well explained

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! We had a blast during our stay. Thanks to Mariela and Pilar, their place was very nice and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. One thing to note, no complaints but possibly for older adults the stairs leading to the bedroom and hot tub are a bit tricky with suitcases. Also, we didn’t ask for any, but could have used a couple extra towels. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but we walked everywhere and never felt unsafe. Was told by multiple people that there were a lot of pickpockets in that area. Again, we never felt unsafe or had any issues. Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. Bolt taxis are also very useful around that area. Pilar and Mariela were great to work with and very responsive. We’ll definitely check on availability with them next time we’re in town.

We loved it. It is well connected. The metro next to the apartment and in 30 min you were in the center and without having to transfer. Very Clean, and the owner even left the room without carpet when I told her I was allergic to the mites.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Mercedes is a woman that everyone respects ,she is very nice . I personally find the communication very fluid and her reaction is quick, for sure if the conditions are met I will experience another time.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

The very central stay, right in the historic center of Toledo, very interesting everything. The house apart from being very comfortable with all the services ( clean and tidy everything, you don't need to bring anything), it is very close to good restaurants, shops, pharmacies... everything you can go on foot. The hosts are very friendly, always attentive to us, recommending places of excellent gastronomy, historical places in the area. I recommend it 100%. We will repeat the experience again. Cristina is a host who went above and beyond to help me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Her beautiful apartment is just as it appears in the photos, being both elegant and cosy so my stay was truly relaxing and everything I needed was right there. The neighbourhood is vibrant but laidback and people were friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of charming local restaurants and knowing it was my first time in Madrid Cristina made sure to give me recommendations of the best places to try as well local shops. It is very close to the metro so you are easily connected to the rest of the city, though I did find it very walkable as well. Meandering through the streets, taking in the ambiance it only took 30 minutes to walk home from Plaza Mayor. The city is full of interesting places to visit and staying at Cristina‘s was like the ’cherry on the top’ of my Madrid experience. The place is beautiful, quiet and with an amazing view. We couldn't use the pool but it was cold so it didn't hurt much. Extremely friendly and helpful!

Splendid place, definitely the best of all I've been. There are no details missing from the house. The "inconvenience" of the television is easily solved by contributing wifi on the mobile. Totally recommendable. Rosa's attention at all times spectacular and for anything, there is the person assigned for it in the same building. A total hit. Thanks a lot

AAA + Place for vacations

Laura is a very thoughtful host. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and close to the center and all the remarkable sites. Everything is a 20-minute walk away. And La Latina subway is 4 min away. If you rent from Laura to visit the center of Madrid you will not be disappointed.
