You live surrounded by greenery and olive groves with a short walk to crystal clear swimming. We are a Swedish family who found the place 25 years ago, and since then have carefully cared for and expanded our home. Centrally located between the port city of Merichas and the island's Chora. Gorgeous sunsets from nice patios. 100 m to rock pools and snorkeling. 350 meters to Episkopi beach.

Villa for summer holidays in contact with the sea

Traditionally built house a few meters from the sea with a bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, TV and wardrobe, toilet with built-in sanitary ware, living room with sofa that becomes a double bed and armchair-bed, TV and kitchen fully equipped with full air conditioning can accommodate up to 5 people. The car stops 80 meters from the house and access is by stairs and a traditional alley. It has a large terrace with a living room and 2 beach loungers.
