Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με σαλόνι και 2 ξαπλώστρες παραλιας.

Διαθέτει σαλοκουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο και δύο αυλές σε διαφορετικά επίπεδα. Στην επάνω αυλή υπάρχει πέργκολα με ξύλινο σκίαστρο 2plank και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα.
