Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kyrgyzstan

The place was fantastic. near to Asia Mall. and other restaurants. so far the house is very nice, one thing is that linens and bedsheets were not that clean, i think because of the washing machine is old. But so far everything is great! The place is nice and we really felt like it was our home. the owners are very responsive. our lights went out because we were using too much electricity, they gave us instructions how to get it back as soon as possible. I would say that it was very safe. and peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful stay. until next time ☺️☺️

We really liked Gullzina's home. Evrything was clean, comfort. We had a big garden, the place where we could rest. Also in two steps from home there is a market. Finally want to say that Gulzina is the best host we've ever met. And going to recommend this beutiful place to our friends.

We stayed for 4 days at the end of April 2025 and were impressed by the apartment. It was spacious, lots of light, comfortable, clean, and well equipped kitchen. The internet was fast and great for working online. We liked the location and everything that was nearby. Kunduzai was a kind host and did her best to ensure a good stay. We had two issues that were outside of the control of the hosts but affected our stay. One was construction happening on the apartment next door. They seem to be doing a complete renovation of the apartment and the noise during the day on Friday was unbearable. They did not work over the weekend so the rest of our stay was unaffected. The other issue was being woken up by a group of voices in another apartment around 4am on Sunday. They were talking, no music or anything, but their voices carried right into our bedroom and woke us up and kept us up for the next hour. But on the other nights we had no issues and slept well.

Clean apartment with necessary amenties at a good location. Even though we struggled little bit with checkin due to the langauge barrier with the security guard Perizat was really helpful in sorting it out. She was very much available to provide us all the details and answers to our queries before we booked our stay. We look forward to hosted by Perizat again.

This was my first AirBnB experience and Ahmed and the co-owners of the property made everything very easy. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion and everything was handled with flexibility. The location and property were very clean and cared for. When I return to Bishkek, I will certainly look to book a stay at one of Ahmed's managed property's as a first choice.

Yulia’s flat was very convenient and comfortable! She responded immediately, was very helpful, and speaks English well. We highly recommend her flat to other travelers! It is comfortable, clean and in a great location. Our guests from Europe loved staying there.

Очень удобная квартира в 30 метрах от пляжа. Чисто. Приятное взаимодействие с хозяйкой. В квартире есть все необходимое. Нюансы тоже есть: Это новостройка, здание достаивают и шум от стройки начинается еще до 9 утра За два дня отключали и воду на пол дня и свет, - особенности строящегося объекта Спальни очень маленькие в той где двуспальная кровать ее с трудом можно обойти вокруг Все белье на односпальную кровать и часть пододеяльников не подходит к одеялам. Красивая терраса но вид на озеро с нее к сожалению перекрыт другим зданием В целом квартира очень неплохая для тихого семейного отдыха.

Everything was beyond my expectation! I had such a wonderful stay. The place conveniently located in the center of downtown and still amazingly quiet. I would highly recommend.
