Apartment holiday rentals in Kyrgyzstan

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The windows are well placed to allow plenty of natural light and fresh air with cross breezes. Being at the rear of the building, this relatively quiet apartment is very nicely decorated. I really like the character of the furnishings and the mix of mid century modern and traditional. All the furniture is comfortable including the bed. Heat and AC both work well, depending on your season. I have stayed in this apartment before and decided to come back because it is so nice. Karina, the owner, is very nice, always quick to respond and very helpful if the need arises.

Great place and location

This apartment is centrally located around great restaurants, public spaces, and essential things to do in Bishkek. Kamal was a wonderful host who was always prompt to answer any questions I had about anything. It is a much better space in person - you won’t be disappointed!

Elvira is a great host, as always. This is my second time staying at her place, and I’ll definitely choose it again in the future. The sheets and towels are clean and of good quality. The neighborhood is safe, with cafes and parks nearby. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here a few times because it is a very convenient location. We would stay here again, it’s close to everything you need—restaurants, groceries, etc.

Good location, close to the center, the apartment itself is comfortable, a lot of space, there is a place to hang clothes. There is a place for remote work, there is not enough soft working chair but it is, a small wish) There are shops, cafes, canteens within a 5-minute walk from the house. The kitchen in the apartment is small but there is everything you need to cook at home.

The apartment is located in the city centre of Bishkek. The facility is new and the apartment is well equipped. The check-in time was flexible and I appreciated it a lot. I would gladly stay in this apparent again.

I can only say good things about this place. everything worked how it should work. Communication how to get in was good and the place is close to the center. We really enjoyed our two day stay here.

The location of the house is very nice. We also liked that it was a safe place within the site. The house is more beautiful and cleaner than you see in the pictures. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly people. We were very pleased that they were strong and solution-oriented people. We stayed for 16 days and everything was great. It will be my first choice when I go to Bishkek again. Thanks again for everything.

Nuraiym’s place was wonderful and exactly what my family was looking for

I give 5 stars in advance, since the apartment is cozy and has prospects. At the time of our stay, there was no fast internet connection yet, there was only a 5G modem with the appropriate speed. Slightly unfinished repairs in places (wires stick out), but this did not interfere with the stay and comfort. There were a bit of a lack of dishes (mugs, plates), but I think they will fix it. Also keep in mind that I do not deliver food to the area so far, but it delivers Glovo. You can get to the city center by taxi in about 30 minutes. The area is actively being built up, but there was no noise in the apartment.

I had a lovely stay in this apartment The local cafes nearby were fantastic! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my remote work. The host was responsive and made the stay easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place in South Bishkek.

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.

The place is terrific, I liked everything about this apartment. The location is perfect since the housing complex has gates and a guard, you will feel safe here. Apartment is in downtown, you can walk to the White House or to the National Philarmonic in less than 10 minutes. There are multiple cafes, coffee shops and restaurants in the area offering national, european, indian and vegeterian/vegan cuisine, plus there are several large shopping molls and groceries should you prefer to cook on your own. The apartment itself is spacious and pretty clean, living room is large and has got a big table (perfect to put your laptops, books and start coding) and large couch. There is garrison headquartered right behind the building, so you might occasionally hear soldiers marching and shouting, but it doesn't bother you much since you will be living in the 10th floor. I liked the place and will definitely be back once an occasition arises!
