We stayed at this place for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. The place was wonderful, very clean, and the rooms were really nice. It felt very cozy, like a real home away from home. The views were beautiful and the best view to enjoy your meals. There were many board games for us to enjoy when it rained which was a great. Also, the properties was well catered. During our stay, the area had some municipal water supply issues. Despite it not being Joanne’s fault she handled the situation very well, keeping us informed and ensuring we had drinking water delivered to us. Her attention to detail really added to an already amazing experience. The host was amazing, very proactive and in constant communication with us. She provided helpful information about local events and activities that were happening during our stay. The cherry on top for us when we asked for a later check-out time and she gave it to us Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return!!

This is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in beautifoul suroundings, the House is spacious, cozy and has Everything and more of what you need. We especially enjoyed the porch und spend Hours enjoying the views and nature around us. We had a lot of Plans for the area (Robberg Island is a Must!), but ended up spending much more time at the house than planned. We had a marvelous time and would advice anyone to Book this wonderful place!

Great place to visit Plett and surrounds!

Our stay at Elephant View Homestead in Plettenberg Bay was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The freshly baked sourdough, honey from the farm and eggs from the chickens was the most thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable—perched on a peaceful farm with breathtaking views of elephants roaming freely at the neighboring Knysna Elephant Park. Waking up to the sight of these majestic animals from our stoep was an unforgettable experience! Yet, despite the tranquil setting, we were just a short drive from Plettenberg Bay’s stunning beaches, amazing restaurants, and charming shops. The homestead itself is immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). We cannot wait to return to this home from home...thank you Carrie and Laura for the most amazing stay!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
