Great for fishing, diving, snorkelling, swimming and relaxation – all year round. 8 (10) sleeps. 5-minute walk from the car park (path + steps). A backpack and good shoes are recommended. 1 parking space (possibility for more). Electricity and water for boat guests by agreement. The house also has a balcony and terrace. There is a road all the way up. The house has recently been partially renovated. There is no internet, but TV with the possibility to watch movies on BlueRay. Available by ferry from Sydnes and Utbjoa. Car is recommended. Husnes and Stord are the nearest city centers. There is a speedboat from Bergen, with a change in Leirvik.

Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.
