The house also has a balcony and terrace. There is a road all the way up. The house has recently been partially renovated. There is no internet, but TV with the possibility to watch movies on BlueRay. Available by ferry from Sydnes and Utbjoa. Car is recommended. Husnes and Stord are the nearest city centers. There is a speedboat from Bergen, with a change in Leirvik.

Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Dogs are welcome, but remember that they are required to be on a leash. There are grazing sheep in the area.

Quiet and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city center. There is a shop-restaurant/pub and a great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically located close to the lake. Canoe can be borrowed and the fishing opportunities are good. The boat in the pictures can be used. We also have some bikes that can be borrowed.
