Beachfront holiday rental in Kvinnherad Municipality

A very nice cottage, quietly located. It takes about 20 minutes from the ferry to the house, partly over gravel. We had a lovely week. Fishing possible from the boat. For hiking, however, we drove out a little further by car. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Again a lovely weekend stay at this beautiful property. We have been here before and have really enjoyed. Lovely surroundings. Cozy house with everything needed. Tidy and clean. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Very nice with a wood-fired hot tub. We enjoyed the sea and bathed both in the sea and in the stomp. Fishing off the dock, and kayaked. We will definitely come again and would highly recommend the place. Thank you for this time.

Ingers and Knuts place was just wonderful, the fjord in front of us, kajaks to be rent for free, swimming directly from the house, incredible views, a very kind and hospitable host, a easy accessible sauna, fishing ropes, bicycles, just everything what we needed. Knut welcomed us, showed us around and he and his wife were just always available when we needed something. And the wooden house with its details was just wonderful to live in for a week. We would love to come back!! Thank you so much.

Wonderful place in an idyllic setting. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to sleep in a cabin overlooking the fjord. The house is much more spacious than the pictures show. The view of the fjord is masterful and changes appearance depending on the sun. All modern comforts were there. We were even able to take advantage of the boat rental to go around the islands. We were novices but we can thank Ove's patience who gave us all the explanations on how to handle the boat. The kids loved the experience and were even able to swim in the fjord. It was certainly the best place we had during our stay in Norway.

What a fantastic time we have spent in Trude and Andreas’ magnificent house in Haukanes on Huglo! The charming, secluded and well equipped traditional red house and its quiet surroundings are breathtaking with ever changing views, the greens and flowers, the small cottages, the boathouse, the pier, the boat and of course the sea only a few meters away. Despite some fairly rainy days we (two adults and a youngster of 16) enjoyed a lot the cozy house and had plenty to do exploring the island; hiking the Natur/Kulturstien, “climbing” Høgafjellet more than once, and talking to the very friendly and helpful Huglare. Other highlights included ice cream sessions at the Huglabutikken (with a surprisingly good selection of groceries), the multiple ferry trips to Hodnanes and Jektavik and the hiking on Stord (Stovegolvet). Trude and Andreas are fantastic hosts, extremely fast in answering any questions we had and we would warmly recommend to visit their magic place on Huglo.

It's like a balm for the soul to visit the Tinghuset in Dimmelsvik. We would gladly came back:)

We spent a week of Easter at Irene's place. The house and its location are perfect- great apartment, great views, all as described. The view of the fjord from the living area alone is worth the money paid. With Irene, we also had an always available, helpful and friendly host!

Great located cute little cottage with unbeatable fjord views. View of porpoises and rainbows included. Super equipped kitchen. Lots of options for excursions in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the house is not recommended for the elderly or people with mobility restrictions, as well as smaller children, as a steep gravel path to the house must be covered and the upper rooms can only be reached in the house via a steep staircase. Direct parking is not possible in front of the house, the path to the fjord is unfortunately also very difficult.

We spent definitely one of the best moments at Knut and Ragnar's Airbnb Tiny House! Ragnar is one of the best hosts we have ever met, nice, open, flexible, we got a very nice welcome with a smile and good atmosphere since start of our journey:) We got also many valuable tips about the area. The view around is breathtaking. The Tiny house is uncommonly cozy, smart home<3 That was an absolutely wonderful stay, thank you!
