Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Here there are good opportunities for some nice trips in the beautiful surroundings. Grocery store about 200 meters away. Gasoline and diesel are also sold here.
