In the living room there is a sofa/sofa bed. You have to consider how many days it is ok to sleep on the sofa bed. There is a sliding door into the bedroom and a sliding door into the living room. Toilet is in the hallway, between the 2 zones. So if you use sliding doors, there will actually be 2 private zones.

Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.
