The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Our guest apartment is located in the heart of the flower city of Erfurt. It is particularly suitable for all those travelers who want to explore the city center and the surrounding area with or without a car. Whether on foot, by bicycle, public transport, car or a combination of these options, the Erfurt adventure starts here. You want to admire the well-known churches “Erfurter Cathedral” and “Severikirche” from the window of your apartment? A breeze!

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.
