Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. We were a family of 3 members , who stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The house is located on the main road . It has an independent entrance to the 1st floor where the flat is located. All the rooms had the necessary articles . We were provided with bread , eggs and milk which was very useful for breakfast . During the stay we had private access in and out of the property . The owner couple were very courteous and friendly . I definitely will recommend anybody who wants to spend a few days in and around Changanaserry to stay here . Proximity to Railway Station is 5 to 10 minutes. They even helped us with arranging a car for our local travel. Hope to visit this place again in the future .

Minor point but there was no high chair- these were surprisingly hard to come by generally during our travels in Kerala! There were also a fair few mosquitoes so would recommend good repellent, the homestay did provide a couple of plug in ones, but probably need more and some coils for outdoors as well.
