Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kustići

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few metres to the first "beach", and some more beautiful bays are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately broken - but a replacement would have been arranged if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at another time of the year😊

Perfect apartment. Beautiful location, 5 minutes' walk to a sandy beach and the beautiful promenade overlooking the historic center of Rab. Friendly and attentive hospitality.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Andrea's apartment perfectly matched the description, small but well done, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the premises, sheets and towels smelled clean. The house is in a great location, in a few steps you are in the centre. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Andrea and his mother (a delightful person). First, they asked us what we would like to drink, and then they patiently explained all the beaches and restaurants on the island, giving us precise indications for quality and prices. I appreciated Andrea's speed in answering any questions I asked him by message, responding quickly and comprehensively. They made us experience an extremely pleasant holiday, breathing in familiar air. For all these reasons, I would recommend Andrea's accommodation, first and foremost for the people, as well as everything else. What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Emilijana is a great host, and the apartment is perfectly located right at the water front. If you seek quiet and relaxation, this is a perfect place to be!

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The studio is very nice and cosily furnished. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and make a lot of effort to have a nice garden. Right outside the door is a pool that can be used at any time during the day. There are tables and chairs outside where you can eat. Everything was very clean and tidy. It is a 30-minute walk to the city centre. With Bolt or Uber Pro, it's about €7 (5 min). Thank you for everything.

It was a lovely stay! Blanka is super nice and attentive. The studio was clean, organized, and well equipped. The pool was a blast... after a long drive it was exactly what we were hoping for!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a holiday immediately.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

The place was great, clean, and fully equipped for everyday needs, and much more. Since we arrived early, because we were traveling with a grandmother allowed us to wait by the pool, we were taken to the reptile and prepared an apartment, which was very nice. We had the opportunity to walk on 3 different reptiles where we were mostly alone or macimalne 10 people and most of it was great. The missing store in the village was not a problem. There were big groceries within 30 minutes by car and a grocery car went to the village every day. The host notified us about everything, and we even got tips on where to go or shop. The place was great to relax, relax, and even with a little grandmother it was a very pleasant vacation. A really beautiful place and a great host.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
