We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

With the sea, Lycke Golf & Country Club, Tofta Manor, Tofta Spa, Stall Tofta, Theater Tofta and fantastic hiking trails within 1 km, there is something for everyone. If you want to take a trip to Marstrand, it's less than 15 minutes away by car. Here you have a home with a hall and bedroom on the ground floor and upstairs there is a living room (with a fireplace) and kitchen (with a dishwasher) in an open plan with up to 4 m to the ceiling. Large bathroom with shower, washer and dryer.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Stay in the maid's room on an 18th century farm 20 minutes north of Gothenburg, close to nice nature experiences such as Bohusleden, Mareberget and Bohusfästning. also close to Lysegårdens Golf Club and Kungälv with nice shopping. Exciting historical environment, as the house was built by one of the directors of the East India Company. The accommodation is for 1 to 2 people. 160 bed, pets contact the host.
