The own house floor with a separate entrance includes the use of two hectares of meadow - with direct access to the forest. Whether for a break to recharge your batteries, enjoy cuddly togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland region or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility.

The Bridge House

Welcome to the green heart of Austria! Our home is in a lovely village beneath a mountain, 15 miles from Graz, Austria's beautiful second city. There are hourly buses from a bus stop just 2 minutes away. We're only 10 minutes' walk from a family-friendly wellness centre with a lake and other leisure activities. There are many walking trails that start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica.

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount

Supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached quickly by car. A bus stop to the city center or Graz is within walking distance.
