There are several lovely swimming coves in the area, and picturesque Örsviken is only 1 km away. The house is right next to several cycle paths, such as Säröleden, Sverigeleden and Kattegattleden. The house is a part of an old farm. Today, there is a living room with a dining area, a small kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a sleeping loft.
