Single-storey villa directly adjacent to Gothenburg Golf Club. A few minutes' walk to the nearest beach if you are not satisfied with the private pool. Magnificent views where you can sit and have a glass of rosé and look out over the golf course and all the way into Gothenburg. The house is newly renovated with all the amenities that may be needed. Beautifully located seaside house with close proximity to saltwater swimming, cliffs and beaches. Here you can enjoy the presence of the sea almost at your doorstep. The house offers several nice patios and a spacious garden. With its generous 250 sqm, the accommodation offers plenty of space for the whole family. Our two cats are part of the family and are fed every other day. They are independent and take care of themselves with the help of a cat flap.
