Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kulai District

I booked 2 nights of total 14 adults and 2 childrens and like to review Eric house very spacious can accommodate all of us with sufficient bedrooms and mattress. He also provided us with clean bath towels and also toothbrush set. He even provided free coffee tea soft drinks and instant noodles. Very good services. Also toilet are clean and don't seem to have sewage smell compared to the previous I booked. However I like to inform Eric to be more cautious on the cleaniness of stairways as when I first checked in I saw hairs and dust not properly cleaned and my 2 childrens they played and sit on it. But nevertheless Eric house is still recommended to stay and my next visit. Thank you Eric for allowing early and late check out and also the quick responsive reply whenever I need information.

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

whatever you see is whatever you get and that's absolutely worth it. the place is huge for a my group of 4. we were there for only one night with a VERY HOT weather. the aircond works fine but took long to cook the living areas. other than that, would love to return. host was very responsive which is greatly appreciated 👍

Nice place to stay with family..it has a lot of activities can do with your family

Benjamin is a very good host. He keeps the house clean and even offer to clean the swimming pool if it’s dirty. Towels are provided and have separate utensils for muslims. All the listed features are working properly. My family had fun the whole time. The pool is just nice for kids. Not to worry about food and convenience store is just 1 min walk away. Great to have 2 or 3 families together and have bbq night.

Nice and cozy homestay I ever stayed. Well maintain home. There is adequate facility and kitchen tools provided. We had bbq for dinner only need to provide charcoal. But dont worry if you dont have, there is a lot of grocery store nearby. Owner was so very friendly and helpful to provide instruction. Will definitely come again 😊

Comfortable stay and well located. Kids enjoyed the air hockey/pool table and the tv games.

Great place, direct access to Paradigm Mall. Quite near to other malls too. The whole house is clean, well maintained. The owner is very responsive. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Grata and comfortable

Host Tuan Nas was very thoughtful, helpful and responsive. He has helped me booked the badminton court and pool table. He sent step-by-step video clips to show customers where to collect the key/card for check-in, where to park the car, where to locate the correct lobby/lift. With such clear instructions and illustrations, it really made the check-in process smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and neat and beautifully decorated. Host was thoughtful to provide coffee/tea and some snacks too. Overall we had enjoyed the stay and we feel blessed for the opportunity to stay in Tuan Nas' apartment.

The unit is spacious, clean and luxury. Enjoy my stay there. If can add in water dispenser it will be great

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

It’s convenient for everything we need, we no need to carry overload luggage or bags to climb staircase, just loading at the lobby . Besides that, it’s reli convenient for finding food and kids friendly shop and supermarkets surroundings, few minutes to reach Legoland and snow land by walking . Absolutely enjoyable at the stay place , comfortable environment

Seller was very responsive and give very clear instructions for check in/out Space was very clean and has a nice smell when enter the apartment. Living/Bed/Toilets are very clean and spotless. Location is very convenient too. Felt safe as there is a guard house.

It's a lovely and cozy place for our family. Appreciated for the snacks and chocolate. Host is very responsive and friendly. Overall, no regrets ❤️❤️

It was a clean house, a kind owner, a satisfying house

Andrew’s condo is immaculate. Everything has been so thoughtfully considered. It made for an exceptionally comfortable and safe stay. And Andrew is a very responsive and helpful communicator - even graciously accepting feedback. It’s only been 1 day, and my two teenagers are already asking to return!
