Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kulai District

We had a 4D3N stay. Apartment is located near KSL mall, there are many restaurants nearby. The space was clean and neat, except that the living room is very small. If you are looking for a place to rest and shower, then this is the right choice. Host is responsive. If you have any doubts , feel free to drop him a message. Overall, I have a great stay.

A Superb location with lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The house is cozy, clean and comfort. The owner is very responsible and helpful person. Will like to pay a visit again.

Apartment was as in the pictures, comfortable and clean. Definitely recommended.

The place was clean and neat. The check in was easy and fuss free. There was a video on how to get to the place and get the key card. Just follow the instructions and got to the place. My kids and parents loved the place. Only complaint was that as there were 7 of us staying there for 4 days, there was not enough trash bags and toilet paper to use. The owner also provided another key card as there were so many of us. Apart from that, the whole experience was an enjoyable one and my kids would like to come again.

My second time stayed at En Azrie’s unit. Truly comfy, clean, & convenient. I love it here in Medini Resident itself because it’s convenient for me to drive in & out to Singapore as it’s nearby the Tuas Checkpoint. In fact, En Azrie did an upgrade to his unit utensils in compared to what we have seen from our stayed last year. For those who with elderly or whom on wheelchair I highly recommend to go down to the basement parking lot more friendly accessible ☺️ Definitely a recommended stays which my family and I will surely booked again for any Singapore trip 😅

Top choice to sleep over, room is very clean and organised, lights are too sufficient with curtain open, quiet and peaceful surrounding for a deep sleep indeed. Lastly, wonderful host who are very easy to communicate, understanding and kind. Will be booking back here next time.

Ms Baocai was quick to response and follow up with me eventhough I booked the place pretty last minute. The instructions given for check in was clear and accurate. The parking area as well. Any enquiries asked was promptly answered. The place is amazing, finding food or snacks is just a trip down the lift and you can find all the things there. The place was homely and inviting. The view, from the windows are overlooking the roads and city. Very therapeutic. Looking forward to my next stay there already! Thank you again for the great hospitality and customer service. (:

I enjoyed my stay here. The check-in instruction was clear. The space itself is spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. I enjoyed using the big pool. Water pressure and WiFi signal were good. I even used the washing machine and dried out clothes on the balcony. My only concerns are the overly strict security guard at the entrance who constantly asked if we were registered when we enter and if we were checking out when we exit the condo. Furthermore the parking is so high up and it took quite some time just to enter and exit to and from the parking lot. But other than that, it is perfect.

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
