This is a residential, self-contained, self-contained suite with a modern kitchen, bathroom and parking space. This property features a beautifully landscaped balcony, perfect for couples or friends to enjoy while watching the scenery. The house has a sofa, smart TV, desk, bed, washing machine and cupboard, but the sparrow is small but complete. We mainly accommodate two guests and can increase to four if necessary. (The third person is free, the fourth person charges a RM25 surcharge) **Pillows and bath towels will be prepared for the main two guests. ** A simple pillow and bath towel for the third guest. **The fourth guest will not be prepared for pillows and bath towels. “This is a great apartment. Apartment is clean and well-maintained. It is stylishly decorated... only that it's mostly white so must take extra care especially with kids around. I like the wardrobe that section off the kitchen from the rest of the house. I don't have to disturb my sleeping child when I'm washing dishes in the kitchen. It also acts as an area to get dress when you have children staying together with you. The apartment also has local channels and a great range of movies on the TV. WIFI signal is very strong. Check-in is breezy and there's a private lot for those who are driving. Only that the lot is at the 3A floor deck so you need to go up a few rounds at the multi-storey carpark to get there. Location is great as it is just opposite Paradigm where you can shop, watch movies and dine at the wide variety of eateries. Can actually see Paradigm from the apartment's balcony. I'm not sure if possible to walk there but Grab will definitely be less than RM10.”
